They stood by their warranty and came back 2 years after installing to fix an issue with the bullnose on the stairs caused by a design flaw. They improved the strength at their own cost and changed all the stairs, not just the ones with the issue. That’s what I call integrity.”

“Went in this morning, the girl at the desk was very helpful, she gave me her card, and showed me a little of what they have. Will be in contact, when I am ready for new carpet, soon I hope. They have a list of installers. The other stores contract the installation out, so I see no difference buying the carpet here and hiring an installer. Thank your Erica!”
