When he arrived, he was very nice and was very respectful. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. On top of that, he walked me through an explanation of what was happening and even gave some additional advice around my AC unit. Highly recommend the services here. He helped us to acquire a piece of equipment and identified that there was a problem before we even took it… Gave me a quick rundown on how to use the equipment and then help me load it in the truck. As a former general contractor, I have to say that Carlos is an exceptional employee and I wanted to take a moment to share that with Home Depot, the community and say thank you.”
