I visit my unit regularly and Kristin has been very helpful whenever I have had minor issues with my 24 hour access. The gentleman who helped me get my 2nd unit was also very helpful in my interactions with him. Overall the hosts have been friendly and welcoming. They keep the property tidy and clean.
