I have had my unit at Shield Storage, the Menezes location in Reno/Sparks area of Nevada, since 2021, I believe. The staff there have always been polite and professional. Although there have been several cost increases for my unit, I have chosen to remain a customer at this location. I would recommend Shield Storage to other prospective customers if the occasion arose. Thank You, Lynn Savage

I've been very happy with the Shield Storage Lockwood location. Excellent customer service. The Area Manager, Emily Casey, is incredibly helpful! We have communicated over email. She goes above and beyond to make sure Shield Storage of Lockwood customers are informed about the status of their account and is always happy to help.

Nice people to work with, unit was nuce and clean when I rented my unit. They offer a good savings when you carry your own renters insurance. I carry the lemonade renters insurance .

They never seems to answer thier phones or get back to you during business hours; communication is spotty and not consistent with prices; no 3 month 1/2 price deal on the units as stated...

The security gate seems to be a issue.
It has been broken for a while now.
As a tenant for the storage unit shield should make sure it gets repaired quickly because after all i and others are paying for more secured storage.

I really like Sheild Storage. I have a unit in Nevada. The office crew is always cheery and helpful when I call. The unit I rented was clean and had no holes or damage to the walls. The sliding door is a normal door but easy to open. I have 24 hour access when needed. Sheild storage has good security measures but not to the point of being burdensome. I got a great monthly deal.
