“Have always loved Office Depot but my last few visits have been exceptional. I needed some custom binding orders and Laureen helped me out with my first one. She was sweet, quick, and wasn't afraid to tell me that there were orders ahead of mine and it may take longer than expected. I appreciated the transparency and I think she did an absolutely wonderful job. The second binding order I did, Hawk took. It seemed that he was running the front end all by himself which included the printing area and the register. He did an awesome job and was courteous, had a pleasant demeanor, and knew what he was doing. I think Laureen is still in charge of binding my stuff, but Hawk still had awesome customer service. I hope both of these associates are recognized!”

“After going through 2 of office depots printer ink brand and one was busted upon purchase the other my printer rejected because it was not HP ink. I then bit the bullet and purchased HP expensive ink. However, the Cyan cartridge was NOT printing! For my 4th time back in the store, to exchange ink, my printer is finally printing all color cartridges and Black with no problems. The male manager and his associates (I imagine 2x it was his assistant, blonde lady pony tail) NEVER once gave me a hard time because they must have known what a frustrating time it was for me to come in 4 times before having ink that actually prints in my printer. And ink is so expensive so I was afraid that they would turn me away and it would be my loss. Because of that, I will forever shop at that Office Depot! I am thankful for their customer service each and every visit! ?”
