“I recycled 4 HP 65 ink cartridges on March 18th 2025. The sales clerk said I couldn't use the rewards ($14.00 worth) for at least 48 hours. The next day, I had to buy some ink so I went to a different place to purchase it. I figured the rewards will still be on my account when I go there next time. Instead, there's no record of the reward on my account. I show my receipt I got when I recycled them. They said rewards are only good for one month. It's never been that way before for me. I also was charged $27.99 for a HP65 Black ink (NOT XL) that their website says they sell for $20.89. I needed the ink so I bought it. I have been always a loyal customer for years but now I will take my business elsewhere.”

“1/10/2024- Popped in yesterday to see if I could find an inexpensive computer desk.. I ended up returning the standing one at the big box store.. (someone said they wanted and then changed his mind!!)... Plus my youngest paid for it, but still couldn't get a yes.. I love how convenient it is and the staff always helpful.. It's great that they also give a discount if you are a Farm Bureau member.. but only on certain items.. (which mine wasn't).. Ended up getting a nice looking desk.. To help with someone not saying no again, I did all the hard work of in packaging.. It's a pretty simple layout.. so shouldn't be hard to put together..(especially for an engineer).. lol.. Employee helped carry it out and even asked if I had to carry upstairs.. I just slid it out the back of the car..”
