“I would like to send a huge shout out to Jessica at the Silver Legacy business center in Reno, Nevada! I was stuck in the area due to weather and expecting numerous packages that I thought would be delivered to the circus circus hotel desk. Apparently they were not.

Jessica went above and beyond the entire week of my stay, searching for packages, sending emails and messages, letting me know when my things arrived.

She was professional, prompt, and certainly exceeded any expectations I had for assistance

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is overdue.

My wife and I ship a lot, which means we’ve crossed paths with Mr. Bill more times than I can count. Every single visit, without exception, he is upbeat, welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in helping people. You can tell within about 10 seconds that he isn’t just doing a job. He actually cares.

There have been multiple occasions where we’ve shown up trying to figure out packaging or shipping, and somehow Bill always finds a solution. He’s given us packaging when we were in a bind, helped my wife tape up boxes, walked us through the best way to ship items, and somehow has this incredible ability to make every problem feel completely manageable.

That kind of attitude is unbelievably rare.

The thing that stands out most isn’t just that he’s helpful. It’s that he consistently makes people feel better than when they walked in. You leave thinking, “Well… that was surprisingly enjoyable for a trip to Office Depot.”

In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, Mr. Bill is the complete opposite. He remembers people. He takes pride in his work. He treats every customer with patience, kindness, and respect, whether they’re shipping a single envelope or an entire cart of boxes.

Office Depot should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing the company. If I were running customer service training, I’d have every new employee spend a day shadowing Mr. Bill.

We work in an open-style space, so before the Booth, only one person could be on a call at a time without it getting distracting for everyone else. Now we’ve got a quiet spot where people can take calls, focus, or just get some solo work done. Having a dedicated private space makes a huge difference when you need to really concentrate and makes it easier to have more team members in the office together at one time.”

She answered all of my questions about options and pricing, verified files, and made sure they came out exactly right - all while juggling multiple other customers by herself. I've had prints done at Office Depot before, but this was by far the best experience.”

“I was having major problems with my computer. Programs would randomly shut down, some wouldn’t even open. I could not get any work done and what I was able to get done I would lose when the program crashed. I called Gary and he came over the same day and did an initial evaluation and begun work on it remotely that afternoon. Gary and his team dug deep into my computer and really took pride into getting it fixed. Within two days they had it working and so far so good. I fought with this problem for 2 weeks with other IT help before calling Gary. Gary and his team care and will take care of you. I needed someone that would spend the time to figure it and Gary did that. Thanks so much.”

And Erik was very caring and sincere in assisting in all the needed details to get it done. And on top of it- patiently at closing time! It’s people like him that make the difference. “1/10/2024- Popped in yesterday to see if I could find an inexpensive computer desk.. I ended up returning the standing one at the big box store.. (someone said they wanted and then changed his mind!!)... Plus my youngest paid for it, but still couldn't get a yes.. I love how convenient it is and the staff always helpful.. It's great that they also give a discount if you are a Farm Bureau member.. but only on certain items.. (which mine wasn't).. Ended up getting a nice looking desk.. To help with someone not saying no again, I did all the hard work of in packaging.. It's a pretty simple layout.. so shouldn't be hard to put together..(especially for an engineer).. lol.. Employee helped carry it out and even asked if I had to carry upstairs.. I just slid it out the back of the car..”
