“Have always loved Office Depot but my last few visits have been exceptional. I needed some custom binding orders and Laureen helped me out with my first one. She was sweet, quick, and wasn't afraid to tell me that there were orders ahead of mine and it may take longer than expected. I appreciated the transparency and I think she did an absolutely wonderful job. The second binding order I did, Hawk took. It seemed that he was running the front end all by himself which included the printing area and the register. He did an awesome job and was courteous, had a pleasant demeanor, and knew what he was doing. I think Laureen is still in charge of binding my stuff, but Hawk still had awesome customer service. I hope both of these associates are recognized!”

While my order was put in incorrectly by the sister store in south Reno causing me to need to return items, the staff at the Sparks location was incredibly helpful. Olivia helped me load my purchases into my truck and was a trooper(they were very, very heavy). Kudos to this store, I shop here all the time and I will continue to do so.”
