“We took our 2007 Highlander in for a possible water pump replacement. Turned out to only be a leaking cover on the engine. So impressed with their honesty. And it was done on the same day.”
“We took our Subaru to the Subaru dealership to have them check the seat because it was extremely loose and wobbly. It took them the entire day to do the diagnostic on it, and then they wanted an outrageous amount of money to repair it. We called Independent Auto and they got the car in quickly, gave us the diagnosis within a few hours, and we had the car repaired and back by the next day. They went out of their way to ensure they repaired the vehicle to both their and our satisfaction, and the staff was super friendly. I have already recommended their services to several of my friends, and we will definitely be using them from here on out.”

“I was in the parking lot when my battery died suddenly. I was panicked because I didn't know what to do or where to go. Rachel from Instant Lube saw me crying in my car and came over to see if she can help. She pulled me in Bay 2 and checked my battery and told me by batter is 5 years old and completely dead. She walked with me over to O'Reilly's and I was able to purchase a battery which she carried back for me and installed she was very professional and extremely friendly and helpful she checked my fluids while I was waiting and noticed I was low on a couple of fluids so she filled them up for me. “My sister is on a fixed income, so I help her out when needs oil changes or work done on her car. Her car made terrible noises when she stopped and it had a few other issues. She took it to Sean at Andy’s. Sean was able to look at the car and give us an estimate within an hour or so, it was quick. Sean was professional, very thorough and kind. I live in Texas and he trusted me to pay for the repairs long distance. He completed the work on my sister’s vehicle that same day. She said it runs and stops perfectly with no odd sounds or noises. Car repair is usually stressful, but Sean made it easy and affordable. I have confidence in the work he did and that my sister’s car is now safe and reliable. Thank you so much.”

“I had my oil change 12/3/24 at the Oddie Blvd.location in Reno.Anthony was the nice technician that did everything.He was very pleasant and helpful.The only negative was i told him my engine was a 6 cyl.and needed 10w-30,but he insisted according to his computer that it states 5w-30.I didn't argue .All went well,but i wished he put in 10w-30.They do not vacuum the car anymore like they used to.He changed my wiper blades at a good price.”
“I was told this location wasn’t a very common location for non fleet customers, and can usually get in and out fast. They were RIGHT! No wait! Super fast. I was on the road, probably in less time that if I had gone through a drive through for coffee. WELL DONE!”
“Very happy with this shop. Took my car in for an alignment after being told by several big chains that it would take a week to get my car alignment conpleted. When I got to the shop I was greeted promptly by employees. I was given a same day appointment for an alignment which exceeded expectations. After I got my car back I was very happy with how straight the my car drives. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone trying to get their car repaired in a reasonable amount of time.”
“Everyone was very nice. But I didn’t get ‘full service’. My windshield wasn’t washed, my washer fluid wasn’t filled, they left some grease handprints on my hood. My oil change and transmission flush was done well and fast. Just missed the little details.”
“I love the smog reviews here complaining they failed cuz the check engine light is on, smogs are to make sure your cars running correctly, if your check engine light is on that means your car isn't running correctly so your at fault for ignoring it. Also DMV specifically don't allow smog techs to tell you you're going to fail unless the customer asks first. So if your mad go talk to DMV otherwise sucks to suck”
