She listened to what I needed and took my needs into consideration and let me decide (no high pressure tactics or demeaning behavior towards ________). They have great year end sales and I was able to get a new car for what I was prepared to pay for a pre-owned. She had 1 Impreza Sport in stock that checked all the boxes. “Pablo and the whole team are amazingly nice and helpful. They dont try (too hard lol) to upsell you. Just if they notice something they will ask if you want it replaced...I didnt catch his name but he noticed my windshield wipers are torn and asked if I wanted to replace them. They do offer discounts which is super helpful. I almost got my transmission fluid flushed but they told me I didnt need it yet so thank you! Will for sure come back (on time) for my next oil change. I get super anxious doing car stuff cuz im not very knowledgeable but they were absolutely great in explaining everything and getting things done quickly in the process :)”

“This place is great! They have a multi-car monthly membership which is very reasonably priced and includes unlimited car washes for all your vehicles. The vacuums and compressed air are diy and are covered by canopy which makes it nice to get out of the sun. 4 stars because every once in a while there is only one person with a scrub brush and they only get one side of the vehicle but with the unlimited plan you just go through again ask them to get the other side :)”
