“Kyle was a great manager to work with. Clean facility. Stayed in the car, professional service. I get a good feeling from this place, unlike a lot of dirty shady oil change places.”

“These guys are fantastic. They do such an excellent job and are honest about service needed. I really appreciate that about a business. They told me that I didn't need an oil change today. They added a bit more oil and other fluids and didn't charge me for it. You dont see that enough where business go out of there way to do the right thing. I am definitely going to keep coming back to Castol Premium Lube Express. I would highly recommend them.”

“Rolled up for a oil change. The technician said they always check the oil first to see if you even need it. He found out that at my last oil change (at a different place) they put the wrong oil in!! I had only gone 3500 miles and the oil was black. With the correct oil my Honda CRV should run up to 7000 miles before needing a change. I love that they will tell you if you are due or not! The staff was friendly and quick.”

“Once again they never fail to provide exemplary customer service......the staff checked for my name and car info even before coming to my window....I only requested to have my oil topped off until I can get back in for an oil change...and they were happy to oblige. As a single mom, sometimes things get put back, more pressing things are happening...in this instance its back to school shopping...but they are still willing to help make sure my oil is topped off and good to go. Im a mom, an employee, a girlfriend and a full time student...Jimmy's Car Wash values my time just as much as I do. Fast, expedient, excellent service..Jimmy's got my oil change done in a jiffy. Staff is exceptionally friendly as well.”

“Bought a set of BF Goodrich KO3s here a few months back. The tires have performed exceptionally well on all sorts of road connections between Smoke Creek, Black Rock, Seven Troughs, etc... The only issue was a tire catching a framing nail in town, I took it in and the shop repaired the tire immediately, no charge.”

“What should have been a simple tire change turned out to be a mission. We couldn't find our tire lock and after going to 2 different auto parts stores we finally found one. Chris was so patient with us throughout the entire process. Thank God for him. Wish we could give him more than 5 star's. He's an amazing person. I hope Walmart appreciates and values him as much as we do.”

“My experience at the Lemmon Valley tire Center has been great. What I know from experience, you schedule through the week and see the manager or the senior tire associate and they will get you RIGHT! Quick service and both gentlemen have given me really great information and excellent customer service. These two men out the team are legit”

“This place is great! They have a multi-car monthly membership which is very reasonably priced and includes unlimited car washes for all your vehicles. The vacuums and compressed air are diy and are covered by canopy which makes it nice to get out of the sun. 4 stars because every once in a while there is only one person with a scrub brush and they only get one side of the vehicle but with the unlimited plan you just go through again ask them to get the other side :)”

“I’ve been coming to hutch’s for years, I was extremely disappointed with the change until today. The manager not only helped me fix my membership but personally made sure I had an amazing experience. Other washes around town don’t measure up to this level of customer satisfaction or the quality you get here for the price. Thank you!”
