“I just received my TDAP + influenza at this pharmacy with the manager Nazanin and she was absolutely lovely! It was so quick and the easiest vaccine ever. Thank you Nazanin for making our day a little brighter :)”

“Matthew at this pharmacy was a godsend. I had been to multiple pharmacies and no one in the city carried the prescription that the Northern Nevada emergency room prescribed. He called multiple pharmacies for me to check. When they didn't have it, he called the emergency room and got them to change it to a prescription they carry! (After the ER had sent the wrong prescription AGAIN) He also stayed well past when his shift was over to ensure i got my prescription. He went above and beyond and should be commended. Thank you Matthew!”

“SUPER busy and difficult to navigate the parking lot which was narrower than our usual Costco at home. This particular Costco seemed a bit more run down and industrial than what we've seen at numerous stores. Bathrooms were nice and clean so that's a bonus! Food court was busy and pizza smells were wafting at shoppers as they checked out.”

“Another great family owned and operated business! They are extremely knowledgable and offer some of the best supplement brands on the market. I've been getting my hormones custom compounded with them for years.”

“Honestly it worth the membership fees to get everything you need in one trip. Normally wouldn't shop here regularly but recently I have been due to how terrible the Walmart is in this area. Friendly staff, always stocked with products again worth the membership fees.”

“I think their pumps are off a little bit. I go there like once a week to fill up and I can have a quarter of a tank to maybe below half a tank and it always seems that I always put about the same amount no matter how much gas I got left in my tank. So keep an eye on the pumps and your tank when you're coming into this gas station at Sam's.”

“I shopped at the North Valley Raley's today and had some difficulty getting my Something Extra reward price. The problem was the lack of the Raley's app on my phone. A part-time employee named Kendra assisted me. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. She made me feel that I was the most important Raley's customer. She made sure the app was installed properly and I was able to complete my transaction. THANK YOU”

“This review is for Safeway's Hot Bar section - if you do not know this, you are missing something! Safeway serves the best potato wedges (hands-down) in Reno, spicy wings, and fried chicken! The service and ambiance of this place deserve some credit! Thank me later if you try this - buy potato wedges, spicy wings, and fried chicken from Safeway, and go to Asian Paradise to enjoy everything with chicken corn soup on a snow day (only during a snow day), and finish everything with their Green Tea :-) !!! If you do not like to do it that way, you take everything home and enjoy Reno's snow day!”

“Kind staff, beautiful spot. Looks like a boutique gift shop! Worth the finagling of the parking garage, and 10x better treatment than any other pharmacy I’ve been to in town. Today, a system was down for verification, and they saved a gentleman from going down a grumpy rabbit hole—he left with a smile. Great service!”

“We've made a game of accruing "fuel points" at Smith's (at the store, via digital coupons, shopping on extra points days) so that we can get $1-off per gallon of gas. We save lots!”

“Inside still looks like Scolari's but adjusted to Raleys products and systems (and prices). And yet they still have some non-traditional and unusual items like a boutique style store. I like the opportunity to try different foods and stuff. And the service is an upgrade from other Raleys stores.”

“Nevada Infusion was a wonderful company to work with. From the moment they got the referral, we had constant support and communication with them. Amy, the pharmacist was phenomenal and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our medication was delivered on time every week along with all the supplies to flush the line. Did not have one problem and would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Dr. Jenae Christensen is a breath of fresh air. After meeting with her for a doctors note for work, I instantly knew she was going to be my PCP. She is kind, professional, and really listens to you. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great physician !!”

“The general clinic gets a good rating. I've visited a couple of times and the staff have been pleasant and helpful. However there are no *mental* health specialists available. Fortunately, there are *behavioral health* specialists available, but I have learned that the behavioral lens can interfere with effective treatment of non-behavioral issues. Since I am struggling with the impacts of my mental health diagnoses (not my behavioral health) and I didn't understand the difference, my attempts to receive mental health assistance actually worsened my mental health for a bit.As far as talk therapy goes, the first therapist I saw lied to me during the session (a highly triggering experience for me), then, at the end of the session, told me that he wouldn't see me until I was medicated. I then saw a medication based therapist who refused to prescribe medications that have worked for me in the past (because he didn't want to prescribe them "right away") and provided an alternative prescription (designed for a different diagnosis). When I expressed concern that the prescription has a higher likelihood of negative side effects when taken with an OTC I was taking (to help manage my mental health), he was incredibly dismissive, suggesting that I was uninformed. Desperate for help, I took the prescribed medicine anyway. When I reported a bad reaction to the prescription (lack of REM sleep, high anger levels, and skin rash), the therapist seemed to dismiss my concerns as dissatisfaction with the slow release aspect of the medication. The medication therapist first stated he would prescribe a mood stabilizer to counteract the reported side effects, then, a few minutes later, dropped me as a patient instead. I'm grateful as I now know that the medication he was going to add would have actually exacerbated some of my symptoms even more. I'm still hopeful that I can get assistance from a behavioral talk therapist, and I've been on a wait list for a different talk therapist about 6 months. The world needs more Native healers, especially mental health healers.”

“Thank you, Smiths! I love your grocery pickup. I would say 90% of the time it has been a good experience. There have been 2 times I had items missing and customer service refunded it immediately. There's only been one occasion where my order was missing half the items & it was remedied quickly! I love that I can do a same day grocery pickup. Now if only you carried my dog food- I could go to only this store! I love the fuel points especially in this economy & all the digital coupons. You are my go to store! Thank you so much for that grocery pickup- as a mom of 3 it is is a LIFE SAVER!”

“Had the best experience today at the Minute Clinic. I had an appointment. They were extremely friendly and prompt. The team showed they were taking COVID precautions by wearing masks and wiping down area to ensure my safety. I was seen by Alyssa, a PA who was able to answer all my questions and send me home feeling well cared for. 5/5 stars and will recommend to any family. The new clinic is very nice and much easier than any urgent care in town.”

“Excellent pharmacy. The staff is pleasant, competent, and helpful. You'll get your prescription filled promptly. If there is anything you need special help with, they'll give it to you. Unfortunately, this pharmacy doesn't accept insurance, but if you have a medication you pay out of pocket for, I'd recommend this pharmacy. Not at all like all the other retail pharmacies. You will be pleasantly surprised.”

“It's clean and not so crowded like Costco Is. It has more options for clothes, alcohol and other items that you might need than Costco. The membership benefits are pretty good. I'll highly suggest Sam's Club”

“Update - I finally was called and will find resources for me to get taken care of.I initially was given a listings of caretake support and this network was listed on there so I called them up one day and had to leave a message and then one day, a HILDA called me and I said that I had a priority call I was waiting before I got into answering her questions doing an intake which I didn't think she was going to do at the moment so I asked if I can call her back as soon as I hear something before I have to use their service. I have called 2-3 times after and no response from them even recently left a message to a manager. I'm surprised with this type of business people are suppose to be there for us but don't feel that way.”

“Well-Care Pharmacy is an interesting anomaly as far as pharmacies go. It was established about 2 years ago primarily to service the needs of patients often struggling with mental health issues, physically disabling injuries and long term homeless.Beyond just being a pharmacy, Well-Care is a community based enterprise which provider medical care, psychological sessions & even low cost group housing for clients needing these types of services. So, hence a pharmacy catering to their patients, delivery is also only a part of a seemingly needed & viable service in Reno, NV.Opening during COVID-19, the doors have not been open to the public for in-store shopping.Once Rx are electronically received by the pharmacy, they are readied & patients notified of a pickup date, delivery is offeredOnce at the door, a buzzer & phone number are posted clearly on the door. Should they be ready, a wait time of 5 minutes is average. Waiting in one's car will become necessary as temperatures drop & there is not any protective area for patients at this time!”

“I moved from a pharmacy (different company) that was continually rude and ineffective to Walmart on 7th street. What a night and day experience! Walmart personnel have been super helpful. They listen and answer my questions and treat me with respect. I highly recommend them.”

“Far better experience when compared to the Sparks CVS off McCarran and Prater. Great costumer service. They answer their phones. They seem to care about those costumers. I was ready to write off CVS Pharmacy for life before I went to this particular location. Thanks for the hard work.”

“I went to the pharmacy counter, when they were not really busy, to ask about a non-prescription health care product. The pharm tech took the time to assist me in finding a product, even doing a search in an app. She gave me options that were available to me. I asked her about the availability of a blood pressure machine previously provided by the store, and, she took the time to explain why they did not have one anymore. (it broke and was never replaced when they moved locations). Caring people like this gives a human face to multi-national corporations like WalMart.”

“Thomas is the best pharmacist I've ever had. During a stressful day when he was understaffed, he still provided me with a better experience than other pharmacists under normal conditions. Thank you, Thomas!”
