One problem, and to be fair it was 11 am, so maybe I was there at a bad time, but the garlic rotisserie chicken was very dry.
I recommend Sprouts for a delicious, juicy rotisserie chicken at a better price.β
βDoubt I'll be renewing my membership as this food club has food no fresher than the rest of the town. If it weren't for the rotisserie chickens and gas prices I wouldn't even stay through this membership period. Scan n go makes things much more convenient though. Staff is friendly.β

Misplaced my receipt which I needed in order to be refunded by my place of business.
Called them and they were able to help me saving me $60, and they were more than happy to do this!

βThis club is comparable to Costco with less costly membership. You still spend more than you would at Walmart because of the bulk items. Very convenient and good shopping experience. 4.2β
βWe've made a game of accruing "fuel points" at Smith's (at the store, via digital coupons, shopping on extra points days) so that we can get $1-off per gallon of gas. We save lots!β
βThe staff at Samβs Pharmacy are the absolute best. Since my first interaction with them I decided to move all my prescriptions there.
They are kind & have worked with me on all my prescriptions I have needed.
Whether itβs getting my prescription ready in a timely manner through offering me solutions when any issues arise with my medications.

βThis is the highest praise I can give: Community Health Alliance and Dr. Jamie Stewart are the best I have ever worked with when it comes to my healthcare. While I am not low-income, my insurance is not accepted at Community Health Alliance. However, I donβt mind paying out of pocket because I trust the expertise of Dr. Stewart and the organization completely. She is one of the most patient, informative, and thorough doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with.β
βReally great store! I didn't get the name of the staff member who helped me (I think she was the manager that day 8/4 and she was in the maroon t-shirt), but she and Zack from produce really helped me out that day, they were very kind and attentive, I'm so grateful for their help! Thank you!β

The app is helpful with downloading coupons and locating products by aisle location, as well as for refilling and tracking prescriptions (like for when the doctor wants to know which prescriptions you're taking)--and for making appointments for vaccinations.Accrue points for discounts on gas and groceries-- you can up to a dollar off for gallons of gas, or you can apply the savings to groceries.β
βThis is where I get my prescriptions to be delivered. They are very good at what they do, the packages are neatly secured and the services offered to me are very commendable. I've been with them for a long time now and each time is always a pleasure. I am very happy that I switched my pharmacy to them.
There is a wonderful lady working there by the name of Anne Gappi-Santos. She does a great job managing my prescriptions and ease of deliveries. Very helpful and pleasant! The staff are doing a great job, too! Very friendly to talk to on the phone! They call me to make sure that I am updated and satisfied! Great team! βThank you, Smiths! I love your grocery pickup. I would say 90% of the time it has been a good experience. There have been 2 times I had items missing and customer service refunded it immediately. There's only been one occasion where my order was missing half the items & it was remedied quickly! I love that I can do a same day grocery pickup. Now if only you carried my dog food- I could go to only this store! I love the fuel points especially in this economy & all the digital coupons. You are my go to store! βGetting my infusions at Option Care was always easy and comfortable. All of the nurses were always kind and considerate. I typically had Jessica, and she was fantastic. She always made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She was easy to talk to and nice.β

βI recently switched to Walmart pharmacy after being with Raleys for many years. Walmart was one of the few that had estradiol patches in stock. I get a text when they receive my prescriptions, a text with an estimated time, and a text when they’re ready for pickup with an option to deliver. It doesn’t get better than that. I’ve heard that Walmart is more expensive than other pharmacies, but I’ll take it over poor customer service and drugs never being in stock. I also enrolled in auto refill so I don’t have to remember to call. So far so good!β

One star only because pharmacy closes 1 hour early on sunday. Today is the last day of the month before I lose my insurance. WHY ARE YOU CLOSING 1 HOUR EARLY ON ONE RANDOM DAY??? This makes no sense! Please make your hours CONSISTENT or at least add a reminder in the delivery text that you close early! What am I going to do now?...
The people working here are great! Friendly, smile, good prices. Normally 5 star servic! Please dont take this out on workers. This is an escalation for corporate/scheduling. Please, I beg you, if 6 days a week you close at 7pm... change all days to 7 or close entirely. It's very hard for us who are neurodivergent and injured. I know its my fault for not double checking, but understand I missed taking my meds that help me focus and think of what day it is because I was out of routine going to the hospital so I spaced it entirely. No one is leaving work early on sunday to go to church that wasnt already getting sunday off so I don't understand the hour off... especially on a critical day like end of the month post holiday closure...β

βI've been going around town for 3 Days on the spare. Not knowing that I could come here to fix my tire when around town the minimum was $25 to fix a tire. God bless Sam's club because they work with Good Sam people who have RVs cover their tow vehicles and that's what I have as a tow vehicle with me. I just happened to be without money and thank God for Sam's club customer service for being a member because the car and tire are being taken care of right now! great staff, reliable and honest. And they made sure that my spare had air because I needed to run one errand while they worked on my tire.β

βThe general clinic gets a good rating. I've visited a couple of times and the staff have been pleasant and helpful.However there are no *mental* health specialists available. Fortunately, there are *behavioral health* specialists available, but I have learned that the behavioral lens can interfere with effective treatment of non-behavioral issues. Since I am struggling with the impacts of my mental health diagnoses (not my behavioral health) and I didn't understand the difference, my attempts to receive mental health assistance actually worsened my mental health for a bit.As far as talk therapy goes, the first therapist I saw lied to me during the session (a highly triggering experience for me), then, at the end of the session, told me that he wouldn't see me until I was medicated. I then saw a medication based therapist who refused to prescribe medications that have worked for me in the past (because he didn't want to prescribe them "right away") and provided an alternative prescription (designed for a different diagnosis). When I expressed concern that the prescription has a higher likelihood of negative side effects when taken with an OTC I was taking (to help manage my mental health), he was incredibly dismissive, suggesting that I was uninformed. Desperate for help, I took the prescribed medicine anyway. When I reported a bad reaction to the prescription (lack of REM sleep, high anger levels, and skin rash), the therapist seemed to dismiss my concerns as dissatisfaction with the slow release aspect of the medication. The medication therapist first stated he would prescribe a mood stabilizer to counteract the reported side effects, then, a few minutes later, dropped me as a patient instead. I'm grateful as I now know that the medication he was going to add would have actually exacerbated some of my symptoms even more. I'm still hopeful that I can get assistance from a behavioral talk therapist, and I've been on a wait list for a different talk therapist about 6 months. The world needs more Native healers, especially mental health healers.β

βWe've been using this pharmacy for years. They are much less busy than others jn South Reno like CVS and we get better service. The techs know us by name and they always have our scripts ready. We've only had issue getting things filled when there were supply chain delays due to the pass being closed in winter. Even then, they were able to dispense smaller doses of our daughter's urgent antibiotics each day.β

βExcellent pharmacy. The staff is pleasant, competent, and helpful. You'll get your prescription filled promptly. If there is anything you need special help with, they'll give it to you. Unfortunately, this pharmacy doesn't accept insurance, but if you have a medication you pay out of pocket for, I'd recommend this pharmacy. Not at all like all the other retail pharmacies. You will be pleasantly surprised.β

βAfter spending almost 48 hours in ER I went to NV Fusion and tried the immune therapy IV. I was on day 13 of being super ill and terrified. The next day was my first day starting to feel a little better. I’ll take it, and I’m going back for another IV next week. Ty NV Fusion and my dear friend Amber for sending me there 🙏β
