“My family are longtime patrons of Deeno's Automotive and have been using that shop for all of our Automotive maintenance and repair for over 15yrs. We were a bit apprehensive when we learned that Deeno's was acquired by LT Automotive earlier this year. That being said I had to take my 98 Dodge Ram in today because the power window on the driver's side failed (again). This problem was initially repaired at the previous shop and was again warranty repaired just under a year ago. Just received a call from LT and they informed me that not only were they going to continue to honor the warranty (lifetime warranty) on the replacement part, but also there would be no charge for the labor today as the issue was caused by a loose connector from the last repair. They could easily have not mentioned the error and charged me for labor or at least, the diagnostic. It's so difficult to find an Automotive shop you can trust these days so that in and of itself is a huge win in my book. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

“Wonderful people. The owner Carl was very professional and easy to talk to. I had gone there with my 16 year old son to look at a truck for him. We test drove it, he liked the truck, but we left to go figure out and move around some finances and look at other places briefly. When we decided to go back that evening to purchase the truck we had test driven, it was unfortunately being sold to another customer- and rightfully so as I did not put a deposit down to hold it. My son was upset, but Carl ended up making us a deal on another truck he had in stock that my son actually ended up liking better! Very easy to work with and the fact that they didn’t want to lose our business and worked with us to get us in another truck was awesome. I plan on returning in the future when I look for another vehicle for myself. Thanks Carl and your team, and the ladies up front! We appreciate doing business with you!”

“Aftermath of a 2+ day snow storm my truck decides to loose a U-Joint on the freeway leaving me pretty much dead in the water (snow). I call AAA, they tell me “extreme winter conditions” have them hours behind schedule and it would be up to the contract service provider to “get to me when they can…”, no promises. I get off of the phone with AAA and literally within minutes I get a phone call from “Jason The Tow Truck Driver” he says very pleasantly “ i’m in your area finishing up with another customer and I will be there in about 30 minutes” after a few triaging questions from “The Tow Truck Driver” he confirmed my safety and said goodby. So he shows up a few minutes late (so what, it’s the tail end of a big snow storm) and proceeds to expertly load, transport and unload my truck, in not ideal weather/road conditions. Bravo to All Points for keeping such a good guy on staff to help me out when I really needed it and a big thanks to “the Tow Truck Driver” for being awesome. 5 stars from me!”
