No one in the store but me so employee did Amazon return for me. So much nicer than the complicated kiosk. If I have to use that, I leave.

The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. Each time I have come in for a return they are always helpful if I run into an issue with the self service Amazon return area. They also handle each situation efficiently while never making me feel rushed which I truly appreciate since I usually have my two young children... read full comment
