“Perfect prices and great management! I have been renting a PO box with Nevada Mail Services for almost 6 years now and I will continue to do so. 1. The prices are jaw dropping! You don't get these deals at the postal Office, UPS, + nowhere! I actually tried convincing Sandi (the owner) to charge a bit more, but I failed since she really does care about her clients and their personal expenses. 2. Sandy the owner is the sweetest person ever! You definitely feel like your mail and packages are being delivered at a relatives home. I never had an issue with anything. I would rather drive to her location to pick up my packages. You can even do returns here. She has printing, faxing, and copy services, bindery, laminating, graphic design, signs, and vinyl banners! She's a hard working woman with over the top work ethic. 3. If you have a business and would like a place to give you some piece of mind, come here! Sandi will definitely work with you and will help you run your business smooth! Just give her I call, I promise you won't regret it! 4. You can always call, email, or come by the office and Sandi will ALWAYS be happy to help you, like you can literally feel that she has a big o smile on the other end of the line. Costumer service is impecable! This is a family business so you'll definitely be treated like family! ?”

“I always go here and the staff have always been nice. Today was pretty exceptional though, and what prompted me to leave a review. It’s the first time I’m shipping back a really heavy (~70lbs) package. I asked to borrow a dolly from them, and not only did they let me borrow it, they even proceeded to help take the package from my car and bring it in.”

“Nick was the only employee at the store when I got there. I had an interview for a construction job i was on the way to and needed to print out about 60 pictures from my phone. He was super helpful with a positive attitude and was able to get what I needed done while also balancing his work with other customers. 100% appreciate his help and his good manor.”

“After a little research my brother decided to use Reno Custom Crating to ship me a pair of tower audiophile speakers from Nevada to Maine. Their expertise in crating was apparent the minute I received my package from the UPS Freight Depot, a superb job that protected my investment - walnut enclosures, cloth grills and multiple speakers. I am 100% satisfied and 100% recommend the team at Reno Custom Crating!!! Regards, Chris J”

“The dock stays surprisingly clean for a trucking terminal. Forklift operators safely zip from door to door with purpose. Estes is lucky to have Eric Lopez around.”

“I had to return a defective electrical device to my company after I received the replacement and I wanted to drop it off at a FedEx drop-off location on a Sunday. I found this location inside of a Walgreens store that actually took drop-offs on Sunday, and so close to where I live! How AWESOME is that?!?!”

“I went to the Sparks Nevada regional FedEx center for individual customer service on a product that had been mis addressed by the shipper. The facility is huge! I was overwhelmed. The signs indicated to call the phone number with your tracking number and they would deliver the package to you in the parking lot. I was suspicious of this after leaving the voice message. So I investigated by going in the door for employees and asking them about waiting as a legitimate strategy to receive my package. I was very pleasantly surprised that both the individual managing the entry and the security guards very personal and responsive customer service to me. The security gate individual called the quality assurance person to arrange tracking my package The security guard indicated the QA fellow was awaiting my phone call. I called and he said give him a few minutes and he'll find my package. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the security guard came out and asked if I had heard back that he should have already addressed my package. Once again, a pleasant surprise at his awareness of my requests. A few minutes later I did receive a call from the individual searching for my package. Which frankly, I couldn't believe they'd be able to find in a facility that large. It turned out my patience was just a bit lacking because they had turned it over to a different FedEx delivery service and it will show up tomorrow at the local FedEx retail location here in Carson City . I was pleasantly surprised at each interaction with three different employees collaborating to provide excellent customer service. Great work FedEx!”

“It's been good service for as long as I've been going there. If you have a Post Office Box, you can pick up your mail on the weekends when the Customer Service Office is closed. You can mail stuff after hours (some Post Offices are closed, you can't even mail a Birthday or Postcard! Is that dumb or what?). The people at the counter have been ok. Not always the most amiable, but they get the job done (it's the Post Office, for cryin' out loud!) I was able to pick up most of my Amazon stuff there for a long time.”

“This post office went above and beyond for me. I had unique situation where a pharmacy shipped a prescription to a very outdated address. The post office was able to track down my medication, intervene before delivery, and hold my medication for pickup. This saved me a ton of inconvenience of trying to sort out or track down a needed-daily meditation. I appreciated the extra effort from the staff. It didn’t go unnoticed.”

“I have mixed feelings. I had a complaint because a driver did not knock on my door, just left a label and I had Been waiting all day.. I called 1 800 number and complained. The driver immediately came back to my trailer and apologized. Was So Respectful. Was So Kind. He thought my gate was locked. I explained it was a pickup because I do not have a car. We both laughed. He told me his name was Victor and that he would be my regular driver. I am Delighted. I called the 1 800 number again and am certain my number has been flagged. It was only 430 PM and no matter what I said, including speaking in Spanish it WILL NOT connect me to another Live person, when earlier I talked to 2. One was very nice. His name was Zak. I have now called this number and only get a busy single even though it is open till 6. I called the Nugget UPS store and the young man says the HUB has no public number. I can only assume that if one of the Driver's drops dead of heat stroke in my driveway that somehow UPS will find out. Hope so.”
