From the moment I walked in, Erik provided the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received in a shop like this. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
It’s clear that Erik has trained his staff exceptionally well. Every employee I have interacted with has been helpful, courteous, and just as attentive as he was. The entire team made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.

“I literally HATE going vape shopping when wanting to try new flavors because there’s so much to look at and I always end up feeling rushed and usually only get a couple disposals that I like and then a couple that I hate but I was pressured into getting…but not here.Sunny’s is hands down the best smoke shop in town and I’ve had great experiences at every location but the Prater location is hands down my favorite. I wish I remember the lady’s name that’s always in there but she has a very beautiful and unique name (starts with an A?) and she’s ammmmmmazing! Never rushes you, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and actually listens to what you like. They have great deals and I usually get the 6 vapes for $100 and the last couple times that that lady has helped me I’ve walked out with 6 vapes that I love. Thank you!!!”
“My husband and I absolutely love going to the Sierra Smoke Shop on Glendale in Sparks, even though we live in south east Reno. Kenny is an absolute delight to work with there. He is always very honest with us when we would go in to purchase what we needed. Kenny is the nicest and kindest man your ever meet in retail. Kenny makes you feel at home and never tries to sell you something you don't need. I always love going there to see Kenny and you will too. However with the pandemic he is not open but you can put your order in on the internet and you will have it at the latest in two days. We've been going there ever since they opened years ago.
