“Had my first experience yesterday. Was really impressed with all the help and information I received in moving into the 21st century of vaping and all the options now available. Been vaping for 12 years now, and this was probably my most informative experience yet. Highly recommend this shop. No wonder they got Best Vape Shop award!”

“My husband and I absolutely love going to the Sierra Smoke Shop on Glendale in Sparks, even though we live in south east Reno. Kenny is an absolute delight to work with there. He is always very honest with us when we would go in to purchase what we needed. Kenny is the nicest and kindest man your ever meet in retail. Kenny makes you feel at home and never tries to sell you something you don't need. I always love going there to see Kenny and you will too. However with the pandemic he is not open but you can put your order in on the internet and you will have it at the latest in two days. We've been going there ever since they opened years ago. Go order from Kenny he won't let you down. Gayle and Clair white”

“I had an outstanding experience at Smok'n Ray's and wanted to give a special shout-out to the manager, Erik. From the moment I walked in, Erik provided the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received in a shop like this. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It’s clear that Erik has trained his staff exceptionally well. Every employee I have interacted with has been helpful, courteous, and just as attentive as he was. The entire team made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Beyond the service, I absolutely love this shop. The selection is fantastic, the store is clean and well-organized, and the vibe is perfect. I’ve already been back multiple times since my first visit and will definitely continue to make this my go-to spot. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Tell Erik that a very satisfied customer sent you, he and his team have earned the business! Highly recommended. Thank you, Erik!”
