“Absolutely fantastic, ive gone in several times. And the lady at the front is always super polite, and has something fun to say. Plus there pricing isn't outrageous, 10/10, definitely recommended if your passing by, or if you a local looking for a consistent spot to hit up👍”
“Far better than the rest of the locations along this exact shopping center. They have everything one man can need at pretty much any given moment. Go here instead of other smoke shops.”
“I’m from California and here for the weekend. I went looking for some vape juice and was recommended to this shop by another shop because they didn’t have what I wanted.
Slushees came through for the win! 🥇
The best part is that they have the flavors of the juices written on laminated cards!
The whole shop is very clean and well organized!! I was very impressed with the service of the two young men working today. They even threw in a SWAG bag!!
I will stop by here again next time I’m in town for sure. I would recommend!!
100% satisfaction for products and service. 😊”
“Cloud 9 is an amazing place. Excellent customer service and selection of items. The staff are amazing and nice. Very likeable place.i will refer people here. Good prices and large selection of cool items”

“Mike is amazing. He's super knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. They have a huge assortment of glass and other miscellaneous stuff at reasonable prices. I would recommend this store 10 out of 10 times. I don't go anywhere else now. Do yourself a favor and go see him. You won't go anywhere else.”

“The best dispensary in Reno, each budtender really knows the product are really friendly and their recommendations are always great, Ollie has shown me many strains that I wouldn't have gotten by myself and almost all of them were amazing!”

“Liz and Mikey went out of there way, and were super helpful and informative. Thank you, this is my favorite shop in Reno. And they have great products. Definitely worth.”
“This is my absolute favorite place because of how friendly and helpful the staff are. I go exclusively here because I always leave feeling good and that I paid a fair price. Cindy is the best and her staff is amazing and super pleasant!”
“The scoopers line was very long so I called in my order while I was in line they took my order. I stepped out of line, went around to the front of the line and paid and went around the side of the building and waited. By the time I left I wouldn't have even gotten up to the window so this was a very good idea for me. I was very happy for myself. Love scoopers”
“I've only been in the place one time i'm on a fixed income so for me it's a little bit out of my price range but nothing that you wouldn't expect from any cigar shop”
“I highly recommend Smok’in Rays! I have been coming to the Moana Smok’in Rays location for many years. Jennifer P, has helped me with every question I have ever needed answered. She is kind, knowledgeable and is a fantastic representation of what you would want when coming into a store to purchase items you may have questions about. I look forward to seeing her every time I come in. Thank you Jennifer for being the exact type of salesperson that should be in every store!”

“Been twice as it's in a convenient spot on my way to work at the GSR.
Almost didn't think it was open the first time with minimal signage, but trust that it is! Very clean, and the gentleman behind the counter is a great guy! I got four Fogger tanks for $124. While I miss the days of two for $45 back in 2020, $31 a tank is a pretty great price these days.
The clerk also let me take some candy and gave me a free strawberry mango disposable after I believe recognizing me from the first time. That was very nice of him and I will be back because of it!
If that nice dude is reading this review; Thank you very much!”

“I went there and the new guy behind the counter, mark, went above and beyond. Usually when I ask for to look at stuff I get attitude but this guy was awesome will come again”

“This place rules. Quintessential Reno. I've lived here my whole life, and this is what it's about. Treat them well, and they'll do you right. Good folks, but they assume you know what you're asking for. Not going to hold your hand.”
“Kane is great, he knows what he’s talking about majority of the time. He knows what’s in the store rather than guessing he’ll take the time to look, has a great attitude and is pretty knowledgeable ? we love SMOKNRAYS”
