“I just moved to Reno 6 months ago and trying to find a descent shop was hard. Either yoo expensive, juice isn't really juice or both. Enter Slushees! I walked l, wirhin 5 minutes had a new flavor within the wheelhouse of what I was looking for, nicely priced! And it it took 5 minutes!! Staff was great, friendly and as stated understood what I was looking for! This is my go to for vaoe juice from now on!! Need more shops like this one!!”

“Vino 100 is one of my favorite spots. They have so many affordable wines and it's a semi-hidden gem. I say that because it's not in a super obvious location or one you'd think to go into but as soon as you go in - it's popping! They have a rotating list of wine by the glass but you can also purchase bottles to drink or to go. They boast a list of fun martinis though I'll admit I always stick to wine. I love their charcuterie board - it's incredibly random and seems to always change but I like the pure variety you get on the plate. It's the perfect amount of snack food. They do have a wine club you can join as well as some other Knick knack stuff to check out for gifts and such. Overall a great experience”

“I called first on thanksgiving to see if they had vape batteries since they were open.He said they did. When I got thereJust the owner was there. I told him I called about vape batterie, and he showed me the section and quoted a typical reasonable price for vape batteries for the kind I wanted.It was the first time I’d been there. It’s a shop with a variety of well stocked smoke n vape accessories, including, torches, incense, knives , taxers, and a good selection of water pipes both large and small, glass too.I went back a week later for the same vape batteries and the employee that was there just making up prices. The vape batteries he quoted $5 more. Even the cheap one wasn’t cheap this time. He said the owner was hit by a truck, hit and run and he’s recovering at home for a month before he comes back.”

“This is my go-to local store to quickly grab some beer. They have two reserved spots right in front of the store so it is always very easy to jump in and out to buy what you need. This is necessary since this parking lot is shared with Bighorn Tavern which is usually busy. The staff are always helpful and courteous, which is unfortunately not the case every time when buying from any other liquor store. I'll be coming back and supporting this local business.”

“Good product, friendly customer service. I just wish they were more knowledgeable. The last few times I’ve asked for recommendations on fruity flavored cartridges they’ve sent me with cartridges that taste like potpourri. Expensive waste of my money because I have an aversion to smoking perfume. Total waste, I’m not desperate enough to smoke these. Just say you don’t know if you don’t know. This was not one particular tender. This is happened with three separate tenders. It’s annoying and costly for the customer. Literally told Church’s God’s Gift taste like just like grape, just an FYI Church’s Gods Gift taste like perfume, potpourri…. Pretty much like a mix of Sandalwood and pine. Disgusting. I’ve also been sent home with hybrids that were supposed to lean and One Direction, and went the other way all based on the tenders Recommendations. Quick Google search of the ingredients on my own end at home revealed that there was no way it was ever going to lean in the direction of Indica. It was definitely a sativa dominant and sativa leaning strain. I miss the days when Reno dispensaries kept knowledgeable staff on hand.”

Cannabis options are plentiful with the majority of terps available. From flower to concentrate, they have it all. Everything except a bathroom for customers, so make sure you already did your business. The staff are awesome and Extremely helpful.”

Jennifer P. at Smok’n Rays has got to be one of the best employees and people to work at this Smoke Shop, period. Everytime I go in, whether it’s at the Moana location or the one off Neil or even Sparks, she is always cleaning and organizing making sure the entire store looks clean and full. But she also talks to you like you’re an actual person. I’ve gone into some places, and the person behind the counter looks agitated because I’ve interrupted their TikTok sesh. Jennifer treats you not only like a friend but family, and I don’t think I would go into Smok’n Rays if she wasn’t working. You’re awesome Jennifer!-The Kratom couple (Amber and Darren)”

Most employees are kind and informative but there are a few who are rude as hell and are completely unaware of the products.I drop in once a week for coils, juice, wraps and cones. This place is definitely better than Cloud9 by far. The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because of some employees attitudes. A rude and uninformed employee will kill a business faster than higher prices.”
