I waited on the phone line to talk to the pharmacy for 40 minutes. There was one caller ahead of me for about 20 minutes. This makes me wonder if their phone system is actually taking calls in order. Very frustrating. I finally gave up.

Bernie and the techs are all amazing to us. They help us each month with my father in laws meds. This is absolutely the busiest pharmacy on Vista Blvd, for this part of Sparks. It always seems there is not enough staff there for the amount of customers they serve.

I had an excellent experience with getting assistance making a canvas print. The staff member was courteous and knowledgeable with smartphone technology. Highly recommend. MS
