I’m generally not satisfied with services provided by Wells Fargo which I believe are all issues from top down. The branch staff has always been a pleasure. Today I was very impressed with the knowledge and efficiency provided by Gonzalo.

Lance was absolutely phenomenal. Helped me out and walked me through every step and was very good at explaining things. Got exactly what I needed done and more! The tellers were also great! Very polite and efficient.
