“I always use the drive thru at this location and never have an issue! I make sure that I am properly prepared with my cash deposit, as one should be. The tellers are all very polite, professional, and helpful during each interaction. They are also very sweet when I bring along any of my dogs!!
Overall, always a pleasant experience! Every now & again there may be a long wait (10 minutes or more) but it's NOT the norm overall.
If you live near this location, definitely recommend utilizing it. Also, if you are looking to open an account, or are having any issues with your current bank (BofA accounts tend to have $$$ randomly dissappear w/o any explanation or recourse) I would absolutely suggest going with ANY US Bank location. I've never had any issues in the 15 years I have had my account(s) with them.”

“Since joining U.S. Bank, my family has had nothing but good results from each and every member of their staff. With everything done Online these days we have to understand that we can have our accounts, all of them, compromised. It's a terrible thing to have to cancel the accounts associated with whichever it was to have been hacked. Then to have to open new ones,along with your debit cards and charge cards.
The good news is that at the Los Altos branch in Sparks each and every member is detail oriented enough to make the process as easy as possible. We've had the good fortune to have Chris working with Us and he's done a Great job...Always pleasant, hard working and goes above and beyond. “This branch is inside the Save Mart. It is just a small kiosk with one little area for three people to sit. Teller's are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. My husband and I were surprised to see that CD's are running in the 4% range. It is a fast and efficient way to access the bank on Saturdays.”
