“As someone that has gone to this costco for so many years my to favorite people are Heather and Julie that work at the doors they r amazing and remember our daughter and always so sweet they also do a great job. When I have to bring my service animal in, they understand the laws and able to go in without having to wait for a mangers to come and tell me it's okay. I have issues everytime I go in with most of the men that have worked the front but both of these lady are completely incredible. Even when no service animal they take the time to say hi to us and see how we r doing, also seen it with multiple other people they have done it with it warms my heart getting to go to this store”

“I should have called Silver State Forklift first. I called another repair company in town and could not get anybody to come out to look at my equipment. I called Silver State Forklift and had somebody out the following morning. The tech was a little later then they told me but they made up for lost time. Had my lift diagnosed, ordered parts and came out the following day and had everything up and running. And come to find out they are locally and family owned. I will always try to support Locally owned companies.”

“My second time delivering here in one week from different states/ different products and temperatures. The first time 4 or 5 days previous it took about 4.5 hours total including....2 hours or so for them to begin...about 45 minutes for 5 pallets partial load...and then another 1.5 hrs or so after getting the green light finished for them to call me up to the office my BOL.
Now....for the second delivery here a 5 or 6 days later. This time about 8 pallets frozen. This one was much quicker overall. Combined with turning on the red light to begin.....finishing remove the product for this stop/ green light and calling me up to the office for paperwork was about 2 1/2 hours. Lightning speed and efficiency/ no unnecessary delays that day coming back for a second delivery. Also....a lounge with indoor restrooms and a microwave for drivers use. As well as a complimentary coffee/ expresso/ Cocoa machine for the drivers enjoyment. Lovely. Second time I got a little better service at the window reception....but it was also pretty good the first time a few days previously as far as these other DC locations go....pretty good reception service.”
