About Perennial Vacation Club
Perennial Vacation Club at Eagles Nest is a condo resort in a beautiful, scenic location near Lake Tahoe, close to south Lake Tahoe and the casinos. The establishment is nice with spacious, well-kept, and clean rooms, though some find the decor dated and the beds a little stiff. It features a great bar with amazing views and atmosphere. The staff are pleasant, perfect hosts, and exceptionally friendly and helpful. A notable drawback for some is the slow and unstable wifi. There are no elevators, so accessing some rooms requires navigating many stairs. Many guests are long-time visitors who love the amazing view and eagerly return.
Great experience, outstanding front desk experience with the person running it I can’t say enough about him. I only wish I could remember his name!!!

Great location and views. Facilities are older but well maintained. Pool was closed 5 years ago, and is again closed for reconstruction. Only bad thing is that the “sharp” kitchen knives are all serrated, so pretty much useless.

Perfect location for ski and 10 mins walk to Heavenly ski. The room is very chic and cozy style with all cooking equipments. It is a perfect choice for family or couple vacation. Already miss it and will come back in summer.
