“Love this place I have shopped here ever since I was a child to teenager to now my adult life I guess some things just never change. Very helpful employees that will take the time to help you look for what you are looking for. I had a very nice employee that let me use the bathroom located in the back of the store so I could try on some pants that I wanted to buy at the time because the fitting room was being used at the time. Like the music being played at all times even the women working here are also nice and pleasant to talk to. Back in the day this was the place to buy cds and still is. Clean store that smells great never dirty and always organized.”

“Needing some UNR clothing for an upcoming football game and realizing I don't own any despite having earned multiple degrees from UNR, I stopped by Silver and Blue knowing I'd be able to find something for myself and my husband. The store is fully stocked and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was in and out within ten minutes finding not only clothes branding my alma mater that I needed but actually liking the ones I chose because the selection was so good. Go Pack!!”
“I approached the door way and the worker , a very Handsome man was on his break, he immediately stopped his break and performed excellent customer service, I asked him if they had wigs, and I dint feel embearresd at all all they had was 2 choices I picked the red Bobb and I wish I new the gentleman's name but he rides a Harley. I might go back in a half hour dressed hopefully he is still there. I want to buy some sexy stockings and ask him if I can put them on and shop a little more. “I like coming to this location as its clean and the people are friendly! I was there this past Monday afternoon. The check out gal was Monica when i came back as we forgot the bath soap that was paid for she was prompt and friendly and able to multitask. What was really refreshing was when trying on dresses and i was embarrassed a little to show my male friend as he wanted to see what they looked like & Trina was the gal working the dressing room area. She gave me a compliment that truly felt genuine and boosted my confidence and I enjoyed being in that sundress with no hesitation!! He ended up buying me 3 dresses!! Thank you Trina you made my day !!!”

Went there Sat 6/8/24 and the entire store was wiped out, no power, cage down, with signs that said “sorry for the inconvenience; this location is no longer available” I should have snapped a pic (pregnancy brain at its finest)
Anyways - didn’t wanna ruin the ratings cause the store and staff was typically always really good to us but wanted to warn anyone who’s about to cross town to shop there like we did … it’s gone and seemingly for good…”

“Most buckle locations I've been too the associates are extremely friendly and helpful but this location in particular goes the extra mile. I live in a very rural town between reno and Utah so I shop those areas frequently and vegas here and there. However most of my shopping is done online. My primary place to shop for clothes and shoes is buckle and I spend a ton of money. I usually have a return/exchange 2xs per year as my closest location is 5 hours away either direction and returning/exchanging always gives me anxiety and this staff makes me feel so welcome and they are so kind and helpful. Thank you to this location for still believing in excellent customer service. You can see the manager working hard side by side with her team and really enforcing values. I will always by from this location. Great job to this team!!”

They were able to provide me with a gorgeous tux for a very last minute request, and did so with amazing class, kindness and professionalism.

“I feel terrible because I don't remember her name but the manager/supervisor with short dark hair is an absolute angel. I was there on a busy Saturday wandering around. I'm sure it was obvious I was uncomfortable & overwhelmed. She asked if I needed help & at first I said I was fine because I didn't expect her to care. But I changed my mind & asked for help. She spoke to me like she knew me for years. She was so kind & helpful I couldn't believe it. I know the bar is low but I truly appreciate her taking those 5-10 minutes to help me. Most point in a direction & say "over there" but she actually walked me all around suggesting different things. & she didn't rush off, she waited till I felt helped. It made a really stressful day for me a little bit better Thank you!”
“You get what you pay for. It may be a cliche but it is true with Patagonia gear. I have bought a fair share of items over the years and the products have always been top notch. I bought a couple pairs of fleece sweat pants many years ago (could be several decades) and although they have seen their better days the only thing really wrong with them was the drawstring had broken and I had lost the end. I was advised by many to toss them but they are still wearable as loungers or work-around-the house pants. I went on the Patagonia website and they offered a repair service. (Full disclosure: I was embarrassed that I was unable to fix them myself but I did try.) I set up an account, paid a nominal fee that covered the postage and I sent them off. About a month later I got them back fixed and I could not be more happy. The drawstrings were now better than before and they even fixed a missing pull on the back zipper. Patagonia gear is not cheap in price but is just superior quality to the others. Thank you Patagonia!!!! Thank you Patagonia repair employees!!!!!!!!They even sent me a thank you card!!! I have posted a pic of said card!”

“Locally and family owned. Helpful in store. Variety of items - you can find a gift for everyone. The Owners play a big part in the community and host an annual Thanksgiving Food Giveaway. There is not a better business to support! Go check them out! Also, visit The Lash Lady while you're there and book a skin treatment! She's amazing!”

They have a very good clearance section although the prices in this section are very similar to the regular prices.
