“I approached the door way and the worker , a very Handsome man was on his break, he immediately stopped his break and performed excellent customer service, I asked him if they had wigs, and I dint feel embearresd at all all they had was 2 choices I picked the red Bobb and I wish I new the gentleman's name but he rides a Harley. I might go back in a half hour dressed hopefully he is still there. I want to buy some sexy stockings and ask him if I can put them on and shop a little more. “Today was my fist time coimg to Buckle , I originally came for 1 pair of Jeans , not knowing what I wanted to be honest. Trisha came up to me and asked if I needed help and did I know what size . I said yes to the help and didn't know what size to get.. Trisha took no time to help me! And when I say help , not just regular help she went above and beyond for me. I never in my entire existence experience the customer service Trisha gave me today. Trisha helped me like a True Friend, A Sister , A Mother, and or A maid Of Honor and I Truly Mean This! I left the store with 3 pair of jeans and knowing my size. I left the store more confident ,then when I walked in. After I was done paying I asked was she the owner because the service I got you would think Buckle is her establishment and she takes pride in what she do.. Thank you Trisha”

“Prior to a Yelp event taking place at Rancharrah I read on Facebook that they had a grand opening at their new Rancharrah location. There was a sign to guide my way. The day I went was their grand opening, with having a soft opening the day prior, and everything was set up beautifully. I loved the store and layout, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and everything in there is absolutely wonderful, there were gifts for different occasions, lotions with amazing scents, and clothing. The next time I am in the center I will plan to come back to purchase more goodies, I liked that the items found here are not typical items you would find in most stores but rather one of a kind- even their greeting cards. I came out with a couple of items and know when it comes to holiday gifts or birthdays I will make a plan to stop in!”

“Needing some UNR clothing for an upcoming football game and realizing I don't own any despite having earned multiple degrees from UNR, I stopped by Silver and Blue knowing I'd be able to find something for myself and my husband. The store is fully stocked and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was in and out within ten minutes finding not only clothes branding my alma mater that I needed but actually liking the ones I chose because the selection was so good. Go Pack!!”

“A MUST visit when I come from Sacramento. Now located in the Reno Public Market, it's just as great as ever. The downstairs area is all costumes, accessories, clothes and shoes amongst many other things. The decor is so cool and there's something to look at literally everywhere. All items are really well priced and I can tell you that it's really easy to get carried away. The staff is all very nice and helpful. The upstairs area consists of antiques and sometimes you can score some really cool stuff. I always love the jewelry I find. It's also the perfect place to get all your Halloween costume needs.”

EB is a company that makes quality products and stands behind what they make (as long as it's purchased online from the EB site or in their store.)Their employees are also very helpful, professional and friendly. The store always have such a wide variety of merchandise for people who spend time in the outdoors but most items also work well as business casual clothing, for those of us who work in a business casual environment.It's designed for comfort, so I usually feel like I'm wearing my pajamas, no matter what I'm doing. Stylish, innovative and comfortable clothing. I'll keep shopping in store for as long as they're open and keep selling high quality products at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store!”

“I can’t even express how much we appreciate the staff here. I’ve been here and to the one in Sparks several times over the last two weeks and each time, the staff (sometimes the same people, sometimes new people) were amazing. They were kind and helpful and really fun to talk to. My daughters were being crazy and saying some teenage level craziness and each time the staff overheard, they’d laugh along. We really put the staff at this location through the ringer yesterday… I took my two teenage daughters there for back to school shopping because there are really great deals going on and we kept having to ask for help for random things… my online order turned out to not be what we needed so they helped me fix it, they helped us hunt items down that were part of the order but different sizing, they were constantly ready to answer questions. And they genuinely looked like they were having fun with their jobs! They seemed to have really good interactions with each other also and that is so important for providing a positive shopping experience. I even left my phone in the store and had to go back for it and they were very kind about it. Seriously, we’ll absolutely return to both locations.The selection at this store is definitely bigger than the one at Legends (especially the clearance and plus size options) but both have really good deals and “trendy” clothes”

“Want a place that no matter your age you can feel good and inclusive all the way around? Well Aero ensures that you can wear clothing that fits your style, your comfort level, and your budget. One thing I have a problem with is their online presence though. Often times their inventory doesn't coincide with the order process and their warehouse pickers think they are grabbing the right product when clearly it's not correct. The in-store return process was enduring not only for myself as a customer, but the acting store manager at the time. Help Desk support was useless to them so he went the autonomous route and did what was best for the customer. He appreciated me for my patience; something working in IT, I have an immense amount of, and even compensated me for the time it took to resolve my return. Check this store out. It's always changing so don't blink too often! Find something that makes you YOU and enjoy!”

“You get what you pay for. It may be a cliche but it is true with Patagonia gear. I have bought a fair share of items over the years and the products have always been top notch. I bought a couple pairs of fleece sweat pants many years ago (could be several decades) and although they have seen their better days the only thing really wrong with them was the drawstring had broken and I had lost the end. I was advised by many to toss them but they are still wearable as loungers or work-around-the house pants. I went on the Patagonia website and they offered a repair service. (Full disclosure: I was embarrassed that I was unable to fix them myself but I did try.) I set up an account, paid a nominal fee that covered the postage and I sent them off. About a month later I got them back fixed and I could not be more happy. The drawstrings were now better than before and they even fixed a missing pull on the back zipper. Patagonia gear is not cheap in price but is just superior quality to the others. Thank you Patagonia!!!! Thank you Patagonia repair employees!!!!!!!!They even sent me a thank you card!!! I have posted a pic of said card!”

“Amazing little store with a great selection of stylish clothes for those who live in Nevada and those just visiting. The store is split between athletic clothing (fitness 36) and more casual items so there's plenty to check out on both sides. They have men and women's styles available - lots of shirts, hats, magnets, water bottles, dresses and sweatshirts. Plenty of parking outside and great designs on everything in the store. Well worth a visit!”
