Tonopah Historic Mining Park is a nonprofit museum covering 113 acres, dedicated to preserving Nevada's mining history. Prepare to walk. There are three major head frames plus their out buildings and the museum. We were there several hours.

Very interesting museum with lots of original mining equipment, old shafts and authentic history. Well worth a visit if you’re in Tonopah. Definitely one of the highlights of the town.
