“There are water disputes that have already been adjudicated here, have they not? There are certain parcels that are worth more than other based upon whether or not Irrigation is allowed; many properties lost money as a result i thought when only north of that spot at the Golden Acorn into the mountains is allowed to be irrigated clear on the other side of the mountains but so too the densely built communities. For the lands that are very deep I want them split about twenty or twenty five feet apart maybe 30 feet and clear to the other side with a front facing four plex that is awesome as an Airbnb for the three folks in back the middle easterner, the black and the white in a threeplex elsewhere on the property start them out with a long strip of land, a 4plex to rent out, a 3plex for three single or maybe 2-3 bedroom places perhaps expandable into 2 and 3 bedrooms later but those big ones are more for the airbnbs or they can disribute between those three persons the individual of three people a lot of people want solitude, certainly two family houses work as well in the event a community wants to be family.”
