“Most people focus on the banking aspects of Wells Fargo which can range from good to bad but there are other services offered which can make the difference. Not from the area but we needed notary services to sign critical documents. We had contacted this location prior to make sure that documents could be signed as it involved 5 separate parties. Throughout this process the banker was able to help us make sure that the signing went through without a hitch. This included a delay in us arriving 30 minutes late at the end of the day. Despite this the bankers involved were able to help us get the documents completed. Even with the covid restrictions in place we were able to get all the difficulties resolved an our documents notarized. It's not something you think of when banking but it's nice that it's a service offered to customers and something that they do not have an issue completing. Definitely a thumbs up to the staff at this location!”

The line was very short, while all personal bankers were completely open, the teller who processed my checks was very competent and very fast, it's actually taken me much longer in other branches to buy cashiers checks than here. “I absolutely love this location, their staff goes above & beyond and are always so friendly! I have to give shout out to Jesus, his care for his customers is truly incredible. I walked in without an appointment, and he even skipped his lunch break to help me follow up on an important fraud claim I needed assistance filing. “Very cool community bank. Kind of old school - especially the decor and the way the counters are set up. No bullet proof, plexiglass here. You actually get to live and breathe the same air as the people who are serving you, with oak counters and a home spun vibe - John Dillinger would have loved it. But seriously - the ladies (and they are all ladies working here - strangely no fellas - which is probably a good thing) - are really nice. They look at you, say hi when you walk in.
