Zephyr Cove Resort offers a perfect getaway with great service, a wonderful restaurant, and awesome lake front views. The resort is always clean, and the staff are super friendly, even welcoming dogs. Guests can enjoy a boat tour on the MS Dixie, with beautiful scenery and a full bar and lunch menu. The Zephyr Cove Lodge provides delicious meals, including great hamburgers and shakes, in a beautiful setting with a huge fireplace. Guests love the close beach access and the ability to bring their dogs, making it a picture-perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, especially at sunset.

The facilities and on-site staff are wonderful. The management is sub-standard. Refunds should be processed within 72 hours (industry standards). I have been waiting over a month and have made several calls to attempt to resolve the issue. Highly disappointed in management and accounting practices.
