“We’re working on a big project and ended up coming back to this store multiple times a day. The personnel here are exceptionally friendly — especially the cashier, the plumbing staff, and the folks “upstairs” (as they call it) in the warehouse where you pick up orders.
The plumbing team isn’t just helpful — they’re incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely happy to assist. Unlike some other stores, they really go the extra mile to help you find what you need, and you can tell they take pride in serving customers with care.
Even the owner himself was out in the parking lot cleaning up a spilled can of paint. You can see he loves the store and is hands-on in keeping everything running smoothly for the customers.
The only issue we ran into is that we emptied a few shelves in the plumbing section — and even that wasn’t enough for our complicated project. It sounds like new stock takes about a week to arrive, which is tough when you're on a tight timeline.
But overall, it’s a great store with a great team — and a genuinely positive experience every time we walk in.”
