“This is the usual shop I would go to first but there was about a 1 month wait for my recent appointment. In the meantime, I had brought my car to 3 different shops and was told there was nothing wrong with my car while multiple things were very clearly wrong. After multiple appointments at these other shops and being disappointed by the lack of solutions, I finally got to my appointment with downforce. Within 1 day they found and fixed all of my problems I had been dealing with, which the other shops were not even able to find. I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics!”
“I came here to have a vehicle inspection done after moving to New Brunswick from British Columbia. As BC doesn't require vehicle inspections, the process was new to me, but the staff explained the process and helped me every step of the way. They gave me a great price on the initial inspection, which I failed due to a cracked windshield, but the reinspection was free! They took great care of the truck while it was in their possession, and were able to book appointments quickly, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!”

“Travelling across Canada in my 2005 Fleetwood diesel pusher and started getting some overheating when we hit Ontario, and it got really bad when started across the Gaspe Peninsula! Universal truck and trailer in Moncton were recommended by a local good friend, so I dropped the bus off first thing in the morning and we toured around in my towed vehicle for the day, and they called me early afternoon that they had cleaned out the plugged radiator, ordered an au filter locally, and installed it and had us confidently back on the road same day for $800! They were a pleasure to deal with and knew how to solve our problems, and I figured that’s a fairly small price to pay, for peace of mind!!
I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help if you’re in the area!??

“JP's is The place in Dieppe to take your vehicle!!! Dennis is awesome and has a Great sense of humour!! Work done on our vehicles is always thorough and reasonably priced! They don't do work that is not necessary and send you a print-out of things that should be fixed (colour coded yellow) and things that Need to be fixed- (colour coded red)
We will continue to take our vehicles here and would Highly Recommend!”
