Grace went above and beyond to complete a return on a pair of shoes I bought at the Halifax location and had no receipt for. She was super friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process :)

The team at little burgundy is like no other. Every team member is ready to help and feels like you are being welcomed into their own home. Amazing knowledge on product and able to find any item if unavailable in store.
