“My husband loves this store and its staff. We travel up to NB from Halifax a few times a year and he always stops here. The service is fantastic and so is the clothing. The staff is engaging and knowledgeable.We were there 2 weeks ago and one of the employees had a pair of Bugattis shoes on that my husband loved. Unfortunately they did not have his size. The staff went out of their way to find him a pair and ship them to our address.
They arrived today and my husband is so pleased.

“I was in the ALDO store in Moncton this evening July 15th 2026 during a recent incident where a customer was yelling at two female employees over an issue with an order. From what I witnessed, the staff remained calm, respectful, and professional despite being interrupted and spoken to aggressively.
The manager did an outstanding job trying to de-escalate the situation. She listened to the customer’s concerns, stayed patient, and even offered a full refund along with other options to make things right. Despite every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, the customer continued causing a disturbance and then ran away, LITERALLY RAN AWAY like a child.
Having worked in customer service myself, I know employees are often blamed for situations beyond their control. Based on what I saw, the staff handled an incredibly difficult situation with professionalism and composure.
I’ve always had great experiences at the ALDO in Moncton. The team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely wants to help their customers. They deserve to be treated with the same respect they show everyone who walks through the door. Keep up the great work!
And again, very well done by the Manager and her employee nearby who had to sit there and take a man screaming at the top of his lungs over shoes.
