“Left with a comfy pair of shoes and a pair of slippers that were on clearance.
My biggest complaint that holds back the 5 Star is that I didn't know my exact shoe size, so asked for help from one of the workers to see if we could use the Brannock Device. Was told they didn't have one and had never heard of one. How does a shoe store not have or know what a Brannock device is? That's a bit silly to me. I was forced to do the old method of putting the shoes on and doing all kinds of stress test with em.
Hopefully these shoes are worth the price.”
“My husband loves this store and its staff. We travel up to NB from Halifax a few times a year and he always stops here. The service is fantastic and so is the clothing. The staff is engaging and knowledgeable.We were there 2 weeks ago and one of the employees had a pair of Bugattis shoes on that my husband loved. Unfortunately they did not have his size. The staff went out of their way to find him a pair and ship them to our address.
They arrived today and my husband is so pleased.
We can’t wait for them to open a store in Halifax this summer.”
“From the moment I walked in to look for work shirts, I was greeted with outstanding service. Francine assisted me right away and made the entire experience smooth and efficient. She walked me through the different fits — slim, regular, and tailored — and helped me try on a few options until I figured out what worked best for me. Without her help, I honestly would’ve been walking around the store aimlessly.
At checkout, Judith was also incredibly warm and helpful. She handled everything with a smile and kept the positive energy going right through to the end of the visit.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Helpful staff, clean and well-organized store, and quality products. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Cant reccomend tip top taylors enough, and especially Jeff who gave me and my wife the full treatment. I bought my suit and my brothers suit from him. He was very knowledgeable and measured both of us and let us try on lots of different suits. Jeff even chased down a shoplifter while we were there. He knows his suits and even did minor alterations to the suit in store. Ask for Jeff and I guarantee you will have an unforgettable experience!”
