“HUGE APPRECIATION FOR KIM as a cashier supervisor today! I had a problem with some gift card, customer service toll free was no help so I went in to see a manager. Kim (I really hope I have the right name) welcomed me and asked how she could help. She was knowledgeable and made sure the issue was resolved by upper management quickly!
