“I found lots of stuff that I don’t find in other department store, I m from toronto and I bring tours to this store every time, my customers always found lots of valuable stuff with good price and I found my diecast trucks and cars under the brand of majorette, I always found lots of stuff I like from there. I m hoping their stores in my city carries the same products too”

“I had never been to a Rossy before. Went in for underpants for my kids, came out with an awesome birthday present for myself. The lady who works there, (I believe she's the manager) was super sweet and beyond helpful. I was able to get something that I had always wanted, but could never afford because it was too expensive everywhere else. This experience has created a monster, I will definitely be back!”

“I am late posting this, life got in the way. I cannot express enough how impressed and thankful I am to the owner and who I believe is the head mechanic (I apologize as I don't think I got a name) of the Edmundston Canadian Tire. My son and I were travelling to PEI in the summer and we ran into car problems. Even though the garage was fully booked, they took the time to talk to me and offer suggestions on how I could continue on to PEI (it appeared as though the part I might need could take up to 10 days to arrive). When they went to look at the car, they found oil in the turbo and promptly suggested I take it to the dealer across the road as they didn't want to mess with it. I appreciated their honesty and was so thankful for their help. The dealer had already told me that they couldn't fit me in but by the end of the day we were on our way. It ended up just being a clamp blew off on my turbo hose (which is one of the things the CT mechanic suspected and I had passed along to dealer). The dealer also charged me for an air sensor before realizing it was just clamp but I am chalking that up to language barrier. Thanks again CT for being a bright light on my dreary day!!”
