“An incredible sense of human service.
On my way back from vacation in NB, my exhaust had just broken and the garage facing the BMR was closed for a few days.
I looked for a solution in the aisles of the hardware store but the owner (with his team of young and dedicated employees) found a better one than mine and slipped under the car to do the repair quickly and efficiently.
All this with a big smile and without charging me anything. A human service that is so pleasing ???
