Brittany Fougere was amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable, she even showed us what the structure inside the sofa looked like and how it was made. Delivery went off without a hitch. “Edit: We are very pleased to report we were contacted by Tyler from Leon’s today. After a very productive discussion we have come to an agreement that is acceptable to both parties. We are relieved this issue has been resolved.Policy from Website: If any damage is found when opening your furniture or appliance order, simply call our customer service department of your Leon's store within 3 days of receipt. Furniture and appliances will be repaired free of charge by Leon's or our agent. If the item cannot be repaired you will be offered an exact replacement at no extra charge. A reselection will be offered if no replacement is available.On Dec. 23rd we purchased appliances from Leon’s store in Fredericton. We called Jim, our sales man and explained the damages to our fridge (door has 2 dents and the side has poor finish) Jim explained that we were to contact Shelly at Service at Leon’s and send her the information with pictures but not to do it until the 31st. of December because she was not in her office over Christmas. On Dec.31st. an Email was sent to Shelly with all of the Info. We did not hear back from Shelly and as Jan. got busy it was on the back of our minds. On Jan 31st. another Email was sent to Shelly and at this time she said our email went to her junk file and to just leave it with her and she will get back to us. On Feb. 2nd I spoke to Shelly and she stated that too much time had passed and there was nothing they could do. She also stated that we were supposed to contact LG and not her and that Jim gave us the wrong information. After further discussion and she said she spoke to a manager that all they could do was give us $50.00 off.My husband went to Leon’s today and asked to speak to a Manager and Shelly came out and gave me the same story as above that we should have contacted LG instead of her and we waited too long to report the damage. Was also told there was no manager in today.We are sitting here with a damaged fridge and a $50.00 credit which is a slap in the face.”
