“Northside Auto Parts is hands down the best auto parts store in town! They offer exceptional service, and I have never been disappointed.
They have helped me find solutions to several of my auto repair problems, and even when they couldn’t help directly, they always pointed me in the right direction. One time, they even fabricated a power steering line for me which was something most parts stores or machinery fabrication shops wouldn’t even attempt! That kind of willingness to help is hard to find.
They also have a great selection of nuts and bolts at really good prices, which has saved me more than once when I was in a pinch. And, of course, the cherry on top is the free slushies!! They’re an awesome bonus on a hot summer day!
Since I started going here, I haven’t had a reason to visit another auto parts store in town. If you’re working on a vehicle and need parts, advice, or help finding a solution, definitely give Northside Auto Parts a visit. You won’t regret it!!”

“Our car started overheating during a long road trip back to Toronto. Called D&M and they made sure to fit us right in and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Their honesty was refreshing, staff were very friendly and we felt very well taken care of. Our car ran smoothly the rest of the way home. “I first stopped here to have a trailer hitch installed. Then found out they also do wiring harnesses as well. Ordered the kit and when it came in they installed as well.
Seems normal?
It is a very normal process, true. But the ease and absolute professionalism I experienced was above and beyond.
Every detail was so smooth. Car goes in “on time” and is parked outside completed in expected time.
Prices seem very good, quality product and excellent service.
What more can you ask for? Go see these guys, they’re awesome.”

“Ran in to buy 2 calibers on a Saturday (found one failed or I broke it possibly on my truck lol), they had them in stock and a really good price. Installed them (adaptive one I think was the name on the box), physical appearance was great (better than I expected). Install was great. Counter staff very friendly.”

“A year after CarStar painted the front of my car, the paint began to chip. I reached out, and they honored their warranty without hesitation. Not only did they agree to fix it — they rent for us a luxury vehicle while the repair was being done.
Honestly, with service like that, I almost hoped the repaint would take a few extra days???… just to enjoy that luxury ride a bit longer!
