“Our car started overheating during a long road trip back to Toronto. Called D&M and they made sure to fit us right in and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Their honesty was refreshing, staff were very friendly and we felt very well taken care of. Our car ran smoothly the rest of the way home. We were very lucky that we ended up at D&M, and thank you for making sure we got home safe!”
“A year after CarStar painted the front of my car, the paint began to chip. I reached out, and they honored their warranty without hesitation. Not only did they agree to fix it — they rent for us a luxury vehicle while the repair was being done.
Honestly, with service like that, I almost hoped the repaint would take a few extra days???… just to enjoy that luxury ride a bit longer!
This kind of customer care is rare these days. It will give you real peace of mind knowing they stand behind their work and treat their customers with respect.
Guys you are professional, trustworthy, and generous — I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
Definitely recommended!”
