“Finally a store that cares more about their customers than policy. I bought an expensive pair of boots and had an issue with them that most stores would have turned their backs on. Just ask if you want something specific. But I haven't seen this amount of selection anywhere. Check it out!”
“Always have such a great visit at AEO in the Regent Mall. Staff know me now as I pop in on my breaks and I cant say enough good things about their teams. I've had bad visits at the stores in Moncton and Saint John (I was ignored when I was trying to ask for a price as a few items didnt have any tags on them and the associates were too busy gossiping to notice i needed help). The staff at both American Eagle and Aerie in Regent Mall greet you and ask if there's something specific you need a hand with and I love that they dont hound you, if they see you carrying things they check in on you and ask if a fitting room is needed and I really like that they price adjust to reflect online when online is 70% off clearance and in store is only 60% off. The staff are always friendly and are great at recommending something if you cant quite find what you want! I hope their DM gives them a lot of praise because they really deserve it!”

“The salesperson that greeted me was sooooo helpful. I was shopping for my granddaughters & he had suggestions for what I was looking for. Thankfully he was also patient!! He didn't make me feel rushed at all. The selection was getting down as it was 2 days before Christmas. But the GAP always has something for everyone & great sales. Plus, I love that there's enough staff to handle the last minute Christmas rush for people like me, who can't get out earlier.
I went back 2 days after Christmas & bought myself some clothes because the sales were too good to pass up.

“Okay so tonight I went to pseudo hoping to find jeans and I found 2 great pairs. Hermione, Rachel, and Amanda were amazing. Hermione ran around the store getting me the perfect sizes and Rachel convinced me to try on a pair that I didn’t think were my style but I fell in LOVE with. This was such a fun night jeans shopping. It felt like I was shopping with 3 fun friends. They made me feel valued as a customer and encouraged me to come back. This was so fun! GO TO PSEUDIO. These girls are amazing and I had such a lovely time finding some Levi’s. They truly went above and beyond and made me feel confident in the styles I chose and gave me their honest opinions. Seems like a fun place to work. How fun! I will be back for sure and will encourage friends to go. 10/10, 5 star. Thanks girlies!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this store last week! All the employees were super kind and welcoming. The manager did an excellent job with helping me find a certain clothing item, and even upsold me with similar product in there sale section which was 70% off. Its rare to see a manager who is actively working and caring for customers. I only came in for 1 thing and ended up leaving with much more! Probably the best experience I've had in the regent mall.”
