“Took my 3 grandchildren out shopping yesterday for shoes and stopped by Journey’s at the Regent Street Mall for the first time. What a pleasant surprise when I met Hannah! She was so pleasant, kind, caring and helpful. I realize that it is a retail worker’s job to help customers but she went far beyond her call of duty. Hannah came over, smiled and offered help which I really needed!She helped me to find shoes for all 3 boys (which they absolutely loved BTW) which I don’t believe I would have found without her. She is an absolute asset to that store. If I had a retail store, I would hire Hannah in a heartbeat.Great job Hannah and I’ll be stopping in again! ????Ruth”

“Mark's is my go-to for almost anything, but I LOVE their Denver Hayes t-shirts. Good quality cotton. Neck stays nice after 100's of washings. Know right when to replace them...when they start to get "holy". ?. These t's may be 3 times the price of others but they last 10 times as long and keep looking great.”

“Bought a pair of boots yesterday for my wife. Got home sprayed them and it tarnished the boot. I should have read the instructions on the container I guess. The boots were not for cold weather and when my wife went out today she discovered this fact. Well now we have a dilema. They removed the spray from the boots and gave us a credit towards a warmer winter boot. Jaclyn gave me a Military Discount on the new purchase. Judith worked so hard to restor the boots back to new. I guess I could have been told no refund you walked outside with the boots, you sprayed them when you should not have sprayed them and you should have bought a cold weather boot. Satisfaction is what we received and this is missing today in a lot of businesses. These two ladies showed what real customer service is today. To all my Military friends out there support this store and ask for a Military Discount on shoes that are listed at regular pricing. Thanks ladies.”

“Store was well stocked and well organized. The staff obviously take care of the store; for example, in a rack of sweaters they were all organized from S to XL. Clearance items were clearly marked and they had some great sales on! Marks has never failed me when I've gone in for a particular something. Quality products.”

“Just had the most painless shoe shopping experience ever. Absolutely brilliant, you find the shoe you like, hand it to an employee and they find the size you need, try it on and make your purchase! No digging through hideous piles of mismatched boxes. I was in and out so fast it was a stellar modern shoe shopping experience. The staff was delightful.”
