Techs are wonderful and set up rowing machines and treadmills, with a smooth process that leaves customers happy. Shipping times can be long and some packages arrive damaged, so customers are advised to check their stuff. The Fredericton and Dieppe stores have good experiences, but store hours could be more accommodating, such as opening Saturday for a few hours. Overall, customers recommend Fitworks for quality service and product.

    We had great experience! We had great advice when we were selecting a treadmill. We thought it had a speed issue. Roy went above and beyond to investigate the issue and sent a knowledgeable team member to assess our treadmill. You could not ask for better service!
