When I tried it on at home, I noticed that one of the elastic straps wasn’t completely sewn. I contacted the store, and we quickly came to an agreement to resolve the issue. It was a pleasure doing business with them.”

While never breaking from a smile and making sure to wish me all the best as I left the store. It’s not often you find impeccable customer service these days but if you keep hiring genuine and personable young people like this it can become the norm once again.”
