I met one of their employees in last November to discuss about the procedure to collect international manager cheque but the guy just played around intentionally raising lots of nonsense IFs & BUTs to put me off! Disappointing Service...

We were there with my wife yesterday for a transaction. Very nice and professional staff, they took care of my request diligently. Good central Fredericton location and no wait time. Miroslava and the rest of the empoyees did everything necessary to respond to my request. Best HSBC branch so far.
