Shoutout in particular to Katie who is a shining light at Global, is always helpful, can tell she loves being at work, is passionate, and over the top willing to help in a world of retail where employees just show up and do the bare minimum (this is never the case at Global). This is exactly what I look for in employees when I’m hiring, and what I see in her EVERY visit I’m there. She’s troubleshot may obstacles I’ve had with my dogs and cats over the years and we are loyal customers to prospect street despite being north siders because of her. Can’t say enough great things about the service at this store.
