I’ve been going to global for quite a few years now and have to say as a business owner and operator, the staff are excellent. Shoutout in particular to Katie who is a shining light at Global, is always helpful, can tell she loves being at work, is passionate, and over the top willing to help in a world of retail where employees just show up and do the bare minimum (this is never the case at Global). This is exactly what I look for in employees when I’m hiring, and what I see in her EVERY visit I’m there. She’s troubleshot may obstacles I’ve had with my dogs and cats over the years and we are loyal customers to prospect street despite being north siders because of her. Can’t say enough great things about the service at this store.

All About Animals Inc.

Recently my senior cat hasn't been grooming herself as much as she used to and the vet recommended taking her to a full-fledged groomer. I had zero experience when it comes to this kind of thing. But All About Animals took great care of my kitty, they cleaned her up, gave her a nice nice brushing, and trimmed her nails. They were very informative and gave me some tips, I will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future. Thanks team.
