Not only was I approached immediately by evidently well-coached salespeople, but they went above and beyond to inform me of all options adjacent to what I initially inquired about. The store’s manager subtly observed the entire interaction, and very clearly has dedicated a considerable amount of time and energy toward team performance. Best customer service I’ve had in recent memory. I will definitely be back!”
“Bought a pair of boots yesterday for my wife. Got home sprayed them and it tarnished the boot. I should have read the instructions on the container I guess. The boots were not for cold weather and when my wife went out today she discovered this fact. Well now we have a dilema. They removed the spray from the boots and gave us a credit towards a warmer winter boot. Jaclyn gave me a Military Discount on the new purchase. Judith worked so hard to restor the boots back to new. I guess I could have been told no refund you walked outside with the boots, you sprayed them when you should not have sprayed them and you should have bought a cold weather boot. Satisfaction is what we received and this is missing today in a lot of businesses. These two ladies showed what real customer service is today. To all my Military friends out there support this store and ask for a Military Discount on shoes that are listed at regular pricing. Thanks ladies.”
“Finally a store that cares more about their customers than policy. I bought an expensive pair of boots and had an issue with them that most stores would have turned their backs on.
