Susan at the front desk was great to deal with. Went in to create a profile and she made the process very easy and quick. I currently don't bank with TD but needed a profile for sign authority. Based on this experience with Susan, I am considering opening an account.

No issue with tellers but now there's only 1 ATM in the building (which you can only hope isn't locked for whatever reason or that the lineup isnt too long) and the one outside seems to be out of service fairly often. Considering the other reviews, they're aware. Again, not the fault of those who work here.It would be nice to see a spot where seniors or people who are unable to stand for long periods of time can talk to a teller.

I've never had an issue with the staff at this branch, they've always been helpful.What I do have an issue with is the hours the ATM is available. I swear it's like we're back in the 80's where you'd have to get your money out on Friday if you want to spend it on the weekend. When I joined TD years ago, the major contributing factor was they're flexibility with regards to hours. Those days are long gone.TD is worth 166 billion dollars, but can't figure out how to have an ATM open in the capital city in New Brunswick.Shameful.

I was working with one of the mortgage brokers here the summer of 2022, after I already had an interest rate locked in at TD, and somehow I ended up with a 4.99% interest rate and my other one was overridden since I started working with this branch. It makes no sense and I have been working on filing a complaint, but the mortgage broker can no longer be contacted by email and her extension doesn't work! I am working to rectify this since it makes ZERO sense why my original locked rate was not used. I should have stuck with the original TD branch I was working with who locked in my rate at the start, rather than switching here.

This branch in particular doesn't even deserve one star. The tellers at this branch are super rude! They could use some lessons on how to speak to potential customers. I have never dealt with such a rude teller in my entire life before and i wish i got her name. Awful.

Opened an account at the end of September and was told that I wouldn't be charged the monthly fee since the account was new, and the charge would start in October. So I was surprised to see a negative balance in my account at the end of the month. Closed my account with TD (after having to pay the fee!) and went to another bank. Not interested in banking with a dishonest institute.

Don’t be fooled into going with TD on a mortgage - they will swindle you. Not only did they put us through the ringer for a very modest amount in relation to our DTI and after we had a previous mortgage with them, but the best part was when they decided to increase the previously agreed upon interest rate the day we closed on the new house. They wouldn’t release the funding to pay for the house until we signed off on the increase. They waited until they had us over the barrel and then they pull that on us last minute. Unprofessional, abrasive, useless. You’re better off with Scotia, First National, or any other mortgage provider. I cannot stress enough how little consideration TD has for their customers

This is one of the most happiest time of my life I was able to get back after being ripped by my previous trader. Debby was fantastic. She did what we needed when the other Branch in town refused. We just wanted to withdraw a largish amount of our own money in cash. She made us give a second thought to closing all our TD accounts, after the terrible service we had at the uptown branch.

Customer service wasn't great and they didn't ask if I wanted to set up my online banking ..so I couldn't figure out why my account wasn't taking deposits lol they didn't release my account after ID verification which I did before the new year.i just found out that it was only released yesterday

I came in to the branch to check the status of my safety deposit box, I was told it was paid up. 2 months later when I was in to use the safety box, I was told that owed 1 year's worth of money on that account. I asked why I didn't have a bill (when I opened it, it was setup this way) and was told they don't bill for safety deposit accounts. Came back to pay the account and I was told the bills were stop due to covid. Funny how I was told there is no bills to the bill are paused on the same day... I came in other time to withdrawl all my money from savings, asked to make sure the account had an zero balance since I had no plans on using it anymore. I was told there was $5 fee, I asked to pay it. They didn't, I was told they don't do that and normally don't. Avoid TD Oromocto and Fredericton Westmorland.

Unbelievably unhelpful. My father had his account here, when he passed away I called the branch twice about different things not knowing that they couldn't handle those issues. Instead of offering me information about who to call they just said they don't handle that and left it. We are currently working to have Executorship transferred as the person named can not come here due to covid and they refuse to accept the paper work provided, which was handled and accepted by the funeral home, but also can't tell me what they need in order to work with the new executor.Ineptidude and garbage client care at its finest.
