Certain management staff seem to be quite arrogant and nose high themselves treating the customer as if to say it's a Privilege to bank at their bank Communication amongst teller staff and management lacking. Added attention is required to deal with this branch and its management staff

Susan at the front desk was great to deal with. Went in to create a profile and she made the process very easy and quick. I currently don't bank with TD but needed a profile for sign authority. Based on this experience with Susan, I am considering opening an account.

Debby was fantastic. She did what we needed when the other Branch in town refused. We just wanted to withdraw a largish amount of our own money in cash. She made us give a second thought to closing all our TD accounts, after the terrible service we had at the uptown branch.
