“My husband and I had an appt with Isaac at Scotiabank yesterday. I always have terrible anxiety when I go to bank appts. I cannot say enough about how incredibly wonderful our appt with Isaac went. My husband and I both felt it was by far the best experience we've had at a bank appt. His professionalism, knowledge and wisdom was evident right from the start.
