“Been with this bank almost 20 years. Love the beautiful decore and structure. Lighting is so calming. Never had a problem ever that couldn't be fixed. Staff is so friendly and familar. Ladies been there for many years. The manager mike is very nice also. Only thing is the hours. They need to open on Saturday like most banks. I relise there is one in the city open, although they all should open for 6 hours on Saturday woild be a huge help. I won't be changing banks because of it,..but it would have helps a few times since my dad sends money and isn't good with online so his only day off is Sat. So I been in a mess a few times over the years.”

“My husband and I had an appt with Isaac at Scotiabank yesterday. I always have terrible anxiety when I go to bank appts. I cannot say enough about how incredibly wonderful our appt with Isaac went. My husband and I both felt it was by far the best experience we've had at a bank appt. His professionalism, knowledge and wisdom was evident right from the start. However, also at the same time ( which is really hard) is that he made us feel welcomed, secure and like we had been friends for a long time. “First time at this branch as I just moved in from Ontario, they had great offers , walk in waited in line , small team and a little busy , the branch manager walk by , I asked how long it would take to open account , said Personal Banker should be able to assist or book and appt if it’s not to busy or even quicker go online , was greeted by Fiona , book an appointment later the afternoon, return sat down , got it all set up , made some deposits , branch manager drop in to introduce herself and offered other services .
Great experience personally, looking forward to grow my hard earn money
