“Traveling from Ontario to the east coast. Got to Moncton and the engine trouble light came on. We went looking for someone to tell us what the code was and if it was major or not. Dealer told us they could look next Tuesday. Didn't care we were traveling with children. Found the Auto Surgeon close by. Jeff dropped what he was doing and read the code for us. “Always love my Princess Auto trips; my bank account less so, but more then other stores.
I highly endorse the Power Fist product line that is their brand, I have found their tools to be not only excellent quality but innovating the products better then major brands such as DeWalt. For example I got a welding helmet and it not only had every feature the 300$ ones did, it has features they didn't, you can adjust the speed it darkens, how fast it returns to normal and the amount it darkens, plus the whole window that tints also flips up so you don't have to flip up the whole helmet if you are in an environment where you might still need or like to have face protection and see without any tint at all as it flips up, you can still flip the whole helmet up if you want. Oh and this helmet was 36$ like boom mind blown ? and that's not a sale price, it's the normal price and quality and materials are equal to the exp ones.
My tools sets are starter professional level so way above starter or good entry level. I have no issue including their products and tools in my tool set.
Their staff is fantastic I had badly twisted my ankle earlier in the day and I was in so much pain I ended up having to sit on the floor and the rep that was helping me started to just go get the products for me to review even after I had said he didn't need to, he insisted and so for over an hour he helped me this way it was amazing.
They are fantastic and carry great products and their sales are insanely good. I got a needle de-scaler on sale for 28$ it was normally 84$ and that's not the first time, most of my gear from them was from sales and I can say I have saved well over 1000$ in the last 2 years.
One thing I love is as a woman I have never felt like they didn't take me seriously or treat me differently then they would a male counterpart. I have great respect for that.”
