Had a wonderful chat with the gentleman at the counter, bought a book by a Kiwi author (LOL) and .. and found two deities I had been searching for years for! This gorgeous store has it all, books, crystals, candles, great conversation and much more! Thank you so very much!”

“A small store but with a good inventory. The kind of store where you might find that odd book you were looking for v.s. some used book stores where you might only see popular authors. I found his quality control was good too. I don't think I saw any books in poor condition. His prices are overall not too bad but a few used books were priced higher than I thought they should be. People might be confused over which book is used or a remand. I'll go every time I'm in the area but I do have one complaint. He stamps every book on the title page with the store's name and the price. That's okay if you're getting a novel to read on vacation or a book to read to your child. But if you want a book for your collection then that can be a major distraction. I did buy one book that I wanted and it was a practical book that I would use so the stamp wasn't an issue. However he had two other books, both more expensive, that I would have bought but the stamp ruined them for my collection so I didn't buy them. And oddly he appreciates that a book might have value as he will have a higher price in a book because it is an older version of the book. So he knows people are not buying this version as a reading copy but for a collection. But still has that huge stamp on the title page thus destroying much of the value for the collector. It would be like asking a high price for an older vinyl LP but putting your stamp right on the album cover.”
